Media Usage Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Materials are provided solely for editorial use by members of the media. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. The Materials cannot be used to promote or sell any product, service, or technology without the express written consent of TravelOK.com. You may not alter or modify the Materials, in whole or in part, for any reason.

TravelOK.com shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Materials. You will not delete, alter, or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the Materials, and each use will be accompanied by the applicable proprietary attribution shown next to the Materials.

The Materials are provided by TravelOK.com for media on an 'as is' basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. TravelOK.com is not responsible for your use or misuse of the Materials or breach of this Agreement, and any such use will cause TravelOK.com irreparable harm. Proprietary attribution (credits) should read as follows: "Courtesy of TravelOK.com."
